The successful candidate will provide legal support across a broad range of corporate, commercial, and compliance matters, ensuring that Moulding Solutions business activities adhere to applicable laws and regulations. The “Legal Counsel” (m/f/d) will report to the President, CEO.The main responsibilities are:Advise management on corporate, commercial, R&D law matters.Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with customers, suppliers, and partners.Drive and own compliance programs, including data protection (GDPR), competition law, and anti-bribery regulations.Collaborate with our CLT to ensure consistency of policies and practices.Provide guidance on risk management, dispute resolution, and litigation strategy.Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on the business.Requirements / Candidate’s Profile:Law degree (LL.M. preferred or equivalent) and admission to practice in Germany and ideally Italy jurisdiction, APAC is a plus.Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, ideally in an international corporate environment or law firm.Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, corporate law, and compliance regulations.Excellent communication skills in German and English (Italian language skills are a plus).Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment.High integrity, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skillsProven change management skills.For reasons of better legibility, the simultaneous use of the language forms male, female and diverse (f/m/d) is avoided.
