Legal Counsel
A world renown manufacturing group is seeking a “Legal Counsel” (m/f/d) to join the European operations. The successful candidate will provide legal support across a broad range of corporate, commercial, and compliance matters, ensuring that Moulding Solutions business activities adhere to applicable laws and regulations. The “Legal Counsel” (m/f/d) will report to the President, CEO.

Drive and own compliance programs, including data protection (GDPR), competition law, and anti-bribery regulations.
Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, ideally in an international corporate environment or law firm.
Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, corporate law, and compliance regulations.
Excellent communication skills in German and English (Italian language skills are a plus).
