**What you will enjoy doing**
- You will be primary Counsel & trusted advisor for REW Business Unit Homecare Germany and REW SHEQ
- In your role you act as legal specialist support on legal and regulatory hospital care matters in GER, homecare and hospital care matters in CH and in relation to public tenders - focus Healthcare
- Identify, manage and mitigate legal risk in support of Linde’s homecare and hospital care in Germany & Switzerland
- You are the Go-to-lawyer for all legal matters (excluding competition law and labor law) of Linde Gas Therapeutics GmbH and for Healthcare Compliance related matters (in cooperation with Head of Compliance EMEA)
- And also you will be the Go-to lawyer in REW for SHEQ matters not covered by local/specialist counsels in context of business transactions
- In addition you draft, comment and negotiate relevant legal documents for Linde’s legal entities active in the homecare and hospital care business, with special focus on regulatory matters, HC Compliance, data protection and public tenders
- Manage administrative proceedings, legal claims and litigation arising in the homecare, hospital care and food business in Germany & Switzerland
- Optional you take over teh role as Local Data Protection Responsible Person for German Healthcare business
- You form integral part of Linde’s Global Law Department, reporting to Head of Legal - REW

**What makes you great**
- We expect from you a full qualification and, where possible, registration as inhouse counsel in Germany, additional foreign qualification is a plus
- You should have profound knowledge of local regulatory laws relevant for the homecare, hospital care and food business in Germany and ideally Switzerland, including litigation and transactional experience and skills
- Experience with SHEQ related legal matters
- You are an expert in Healthcare Legal knowledge (for GER, CH) including legal regulatory aspects like GDP, GMP, MPBetreibV, healthcare tenders, social insurance matters, healthcare compliance, food law, construction law matters (including tenders) and IP matters
- In additioan you have a profound understanding of other law systems within REW acquired partially via experience and foreign studies eg LL.M. or similar
- You have at least 7+years’ post qualification experience as a lawyer, out of which at least 5 years of experience in relevant areas, such as Healthcare commercial transactions, projects, etc. at a law firm or as in-house counsel
