Job Description:

  • Location: Fully remote EU timezone (CET / 2hours)

  • Start date: ASAP

  • Languages: English is mandatory;

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a strategic business plan outlining tactical approaches to achieve targets in the assigned sales region.

  • Create and maintain a robust yearround sales pipeline using the CRM solution.

  • Contribute to the development and coordination of sales and marketing initiatives for assigned accounts.

  • Build relationships within designated accounts to promote business and deliver exceptional sales service. Collaborate with the EMEA Sales Manager to enhance sales account penetration and profitability.

  • Identify and engage key buyers and contacts within each account.

  • Prioritize sales efforts on highpotential highmargin opportunities.

  • Understand and influence account requirements for solutions ensuring they meet customer needs.

  • Utilize CRM to maintain accurate and uptodate records of account contact opportunity and quote data while ensuring a solid understanding of the opportunity pipeline.

  • Provide forecasting through the CRM platform and opportunity pipeline (monthly annually and multiyear).

  • Work with sales management to establish performance goals aligned with account growth and profitability targets.

  • Foster relationships and communicate effectively across teams to stay informed about projects understand offerings and identify potential sales opportunities.

  • Ensure clients remain engaged and educated about products and services through workshops lunch and learns meetings and trade events.

  • Communicate customer feedback back to the organization and assist in gathering and collating Voice of Customer data.

  • Actively participate in bids and proposals for named accounts ensuring the effective transfer of relevant information.

  • Understand the customers organizational structure key decisionmakers reporting relationships purchasing process and the influence of individuals involved in the purchasing process.

Required Qualifications:

  • Over 10 years of extensive experience in sales account management and/or business development roles focused on selling 3D solutions in the Energy Manufacturing Industry or AEC market segments (preferably with SaaSbased solutions) within the UK and Irish markets.

  • Proven experience in selling solutions and processes relevant to the industries served with a background likely in a solutions provider EPC Operator Contractor or technology consultancy.

  • Capable of managing multiple accounts while actively seeking new opportunities.

  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) along with strong presentation and leadership abilities.

  • Skilled at understanding client needs and negotiating based on desired outcomes.

  • Fluent in both spoken and written English.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and CRM software.

  • Willingness to travel as necessary for trade shows and facetoface meetings with strategic clients and prospects.
