Senior Strategic Account Specialist, Europe

About the opportunity
**Responsibilities**:
- Partners Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key partners. Understand their business needs and objectives, ensuring our solutions align with their strategic goals.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve both short and long-term objectives. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with partner needs and overall company objectives.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through upselling, cross-selling, and identifying new business opportunities within existing key accounts. Achieve and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate partner requirements to internal teams, ensuring a seamless delivery of products or services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address partner needs promptly.
- Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and address partner issues, providing timely solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Act as a point of contact for issue escalation and resolution.
- Market Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends and market developments. Use market insights to anticipate partner needs and provide innovative solutions.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in key account management, preferably in Consulting, FMCG or E-commerce.
- Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset and the ability to drive results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Analytical skills to assess key account performance and identify improvement opportunities.
