Job Role

Coordinate with Intermediaries (Banking Correspondents / Aggregators) & ensure they are onboarded with Kotak to source FASTag to all their customers

  • Set up wide distribution network of Channel partners across PAN India
  • Manage the Intermediaries regularly to build relationship required for onboarding
  • End to End closure of the onboarding of Intermediaries to source FASTags
  • Achieve business targets through the Interemediaries
  • Measure FASTag nos delivered by each partner and improve their activations & effectiveness
  • Create business level opportunities for the Channel through data led initiatives
  • Provide insights from the data to all the stakeholders
  • Prepares customized business level dashboards for the Channel
  • Analyzes and verifies requirements for completeness, consistency, comprehensibility, feasibility, and conformity to standards.
  • Communicates changes, enhancements, and modifications of business requirements - verbally or through written documentation - to channel managers, channel partners and other stakeholders so that issues and solutions are understood.

Qualifications / Skills:

  • Candidate must have excellent organizational skills, be level-headed, have good interpersonal skills
  • Individuals with competency in channel management with strong business drive
  • Highly logical individuals with the ability to resolve problems
  • Strong communication skills to effective interaction with Car partners
  • Basic MS Office skills
