Bei OWL sind wir global vernetzt und bieten unseren Kunden branchenspezifische Makler- und Beratungsdienstleistungen. Wir helfen Unternehmen Details ihres Versicherungsschutzes, regulatorische Veränderungen und Risikotrends zu verstehen. Durch Nutzung spezieller Daten, Technologien und Analysen unterstützen wir dabei die Gesamtrisikokosten unserer Kunden zu senken. Gemeinsam arbeiten wir an der Platzierung der Risiken am Versicherungsmarkt und bieten Lösungen bei der Risikominderung.
Unsere Claims Handler stehen im direkten Austausch mit den Kunden und beraten diese 24/ 7 rund um das Thema Schaden. Sie begleiten die Kunden im Krisenfall und helfen, die richtigen Entscheidungen zu treffen, um eine reibungslose Abwicklung der Versicherungsfälle zu gewährleisten. Sie bearbeiten und verhandeln die Schadenfälle eigenverantwortlich End to End und begleiten diese auch in Rechtsstreitigkeiten. Durch die aktive Unterstützung in Schadenfällen bieten sie unseren Kunden einen Mehrwert bei der Bewältigung von herausfordernden Situationen. Dafür bedarf es der Kommunikation auf allen Fach- und Führungsebenen bei Kunden und Versicherern. Ein gutes Verhältnis zu allen Marktteilnehmer, wie Versicherern und Dienstleistern ist in diesem Zusammenhang wichtig. Bei Projekten und Sonderthemen wirken sie mit und unterstützen die Kundenbetreuer:innen bei Renewals.

Das macht die Position aus:
- Als direkte:r Ansprechpartner:in berätst und begleitest Du unsere Kunden bei anspruchsvollen Schadenfällen
- Analysieren von Schäden und Prüfung der Deckungssituation
- Du übernimmst eigenverantwortlich die Bearbeitung und Verhandlung von Schadenfällen End to End und begleitest diese auch in Rechtsstreitigkeiten
- Kommunikation auf allen Fach- und Führungsebenen bei Kunden und Versicherern
- Spartenbezogene Unterstützung der Kundenbetreuer:innen bei Renewals
- Mitwirken bei Projekten und Sonderthemen
Das macht Dich aus:
- Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Schifffahrtskaufmann / zur Schifffahrtskauffrau, zum Kaufmann/ zur Kauffrau für Versicherungen und Finanzen oder vergleichbare Ausbildung, als Quereinsteiger:in alternativ ein abgeschlossenes Studium – gerne mit einem maritimen Schwerpunkt
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Marineversicherung insbesondere im Kasko- oder P & I Bereich
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Du hast Freude daran, Dich den komplexen Herausforderungen unserer Kunden zu stellen und individuelle Lösungen zu erarbeiten
- Du arbeitest gerne im Team und schaust in diesem Zusammenhang über den Tellerrand Deines Arbeitsbereiches hinaus
