Job Description

ServiceNow is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our growing Global Sales Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities in medium to large enterprises, collaborating with Lead Development Representatives and Field Sales experts.

What you will be doing in this position:

  • Developing new business relationships with key contacts in targeted accounts
  • Understanding the objectives of organizations
  • Identifying fresh sales prospects and transferring them to colleagues in the Field Sales department via CRM
  • Collaborating with Field Sales to establish regional territory strategies
  • Utilizing our tools to prioritize, record, and manage marketing leads to meet service level agreements with the Marketing team
Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • A creative and client-oriented mindset
  • Experience in telemarketing, lead generation, or cold calling
  • A fundamental knowledge of Cloud Computing and SaaS solutions
  • The ability to distinguish yourself in front of customers
  • Possibility of occasional travel for training or meetings
