Head of Group Sales Operations (m/w/d)Ihre Aufgaben
  • Auswertung und Analyse der Vertriebsaktivitäten
  • Erstellung regelmäßiger Berichte für die Geschäftsleitung
  • Kontinuierliche Verbesserung von Vertriebsprozessen und
    Arbeitsabläufen zur Maximierung von Effizienz und Produktivität
  • Implementierung von Best Practices und Einsatz von
    Vertriebstools und -technologien
Ihre Qualifikationen
  • Abgeschlossenes wirtschaftliches oder technisches Studium z.B.
    Elektrotechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftswissenschaften o.ä.
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Vertrieb, im technischen
    Umfeld
  • Umfassende betriebswirtschaftliche Kenntnisse
  • Strategisches Denkvermögen und unternehmerische Initiative
  • Kundenorientierung, Teamfähigkeit, Verhandlungsfähigkeit,
    Durchsetzungsfähigkeit, sowie eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sichere Anwendung des gängigen MS Office Pakets
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und
    Schrift sowie weitere Fremdsprachen
    (Französisch, Italienisch) sind von Vorteil
