Sales Operations and Distribution Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Sales Operations Processes:
    • Support the sales team, dealers, and independent distributors in achieving business objectives and sales targets.
    • Manage sales forecasting, retail and wholesale projections, demand planning, and inventory management to optimize business performance.
  • Manage the Vehicle Pipeline:
    • Ensure timely and efficient delivery of vehicles to independent distributors, dealerships, and fleet customers, aligning with the company's strategic goals.
    • Develop and implement strategies to optimize inventory levels, transportation costs, and delivery timelines, enhancing the overall customer experience.
  • Optimize Inventory and Logistics:
    • Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
    • Implement performance KPIs to track progress and measure success against established business goals, driving continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
    • Align sales strategies with overall business objectives, ensuring a cohesive and effective approach.
    • Work closely with marketing, product management, and finance teams to drive business growth and success.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 8 Years of Experience:
    • Sales operations, distribution management, or a related role in the automotive industry, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proven Track Record:
    • Managing sales operations and distribution networks, preferably in a multi-national environment, with a strong understanding of global market dynamics.
  • Strong Skills and Qualities:
    • Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
    • Problem-solving skills, strategic mindset, and adaptability, with a focus on driving business results and growth.
