Für unseren innovativen Forschungsstandort Schwabenheim (bei Mainz) suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt, in Vollzeit und zunächst befristet bis Ende 2026, einen Senior Specialist (m/w/d) Regulatory Affairs – CMC.

Innerhalb unseres globalen Regulatory Affairs Teams sind Sie verantwortlich für den Qualitätsteil (CMC) des Registrierungsdossiers für Tierarzneimittel (weltweit, inklusive USA).

Hauptaufgaben:

  • Pflege und Aktualisierung des Qualitäts-Teils des Registrierungsdossiers für die Aufrechterhaltung der Zulassung (Regulatory Compliance)
  • (Mit-)Entwicklung von regulatorischen Konzepten und Erstellung der Dokumentation für Änderungsanzeigen unter Berücksichtigung der aktuellen regulatorischen Qualitätsstandards
  • Fristgerechte Beantwortung von Länder- und Behördenanfragen
  • Fachliche Unterstützung anderer Funktionen bei regulatorischen Fragestellungen
  • Erhebung und Pflege von regulatorischen Informationen unter Berücksichtigung der zugehörigen Prozesse sowie Pflege der relevanten Systeme und Datenbanken

Ein Schwerpunkt der Stelle liegt auf Änderungen im Bereich Wirkstoffherstellung in enger Abstimmung mit internationalen Kollegen, sowie Mitarbeitenden innerhalb des Global Regulatory Affairs Teams und den verantwortlichen Fertigprodukt-Herstellstätten.

Qualifikationen:

  • Master- oder vergleichbarer Abschluss im Bereich Pharmazie, Chemie, Lebensmitteltechnik oder Biologie
  • Idealerweise verfügen Sie über Berufserfahrung in vergleichbaren Positionen in der pharmazeutischen Industrie. Aber auch Bewerbungen von Hochschulabsolventen sind erwünscht
  • Konsequent, flexibel, teamorientiert und mit MS Office vertraut
  • Sorgfältige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Sie kombinieren organisatorische Fähigkeiten mit ausgeprägten kommunikativen Fähigkeiten in einem internationalen Umfeld
  • Sehr gute sprachliche Ausdrucksweise in Wort und Schrift (Deutsch und Englisch)
