Job Description

We are looking for a Labeling Coordinator (m/f/d) to join our dedicated team at our Schwabenheim site with immediate effect, full-time and initially for a limited period of two years.


Your responsibilities:

  • Coordinate all artwork related aspects for global new product introductions and product changes. With a primary focus on time to market, regulatory compliancy and supply continuity when introducing new artworks
  • Be able to create artwork scenarios for project management according to the launch strategy
  • Participate in multi-disciplinary product introduction / change teams
  • Point of contact for the manufacturing sites and regulatory affairs in the commercial organizations (CoRA) for artwork strategy within product launches
  • Point of contact for Global Marketing in relation to artwork design
  • Initiate and manage multi-disciplinary global regulatory related process improvement initiatives

Your profile:

  • Master or Bachelor Degree preferably in a pharmaceutical, biochemical or supply chain area
  • Knowledge and/or experience in the field of Regulatory Affairs and/or GMP
  • Proven track record working in a dynamic environment with multi-disciplinary teams
  • Experience with artwork management is preferred
  • Several years of experience as project lead on delivering (commercialized) artworks
  • Experience with workflow management systems
  • Organization talent and conceptual thinking
  • Excellent command of English in writing and speaking
  • Solid personality with no-nonsense mentality
  • Flexible and customer-oriented attitude
