Wir suchen eine:n Accounts Payable (AP) Accounting Employee für die Kreditorenbuchhaltung und bieten die Chance auf eine befristete Anstellung bis April 2026 in Vollzeit an unserem Standort in Berlin.
Was werden Sie tun?
- Kontrollieren der exakten Umsetzung der operativen Prozesse durch den Dienstleister und dokumentieren von Ergebnissen in Kontrolllisten und Übersichten.
- Regelmäßige Analyse und Klärung der Kreditorenkonten und deren Bereinigung.
- Abstimmung zu spezifischen kreditorischen Themen mit anderen Finance-Teams und mit Mitarbeiter:innen aus dem Business und Organisieren der täglichen Zusammenarbeit.
- Pflegen der internen Kundenbeziehungen durch Aufnahme von Anfragen und Beschwerden sowie Unterstützung bei der Umsetzung von Lösungen.
- Aktive Mitwirkung und Koordination interner Prozessverbesserungen.

Ihr Profil
- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Berufsausbildung
- Weiterbildung auf Fachwirt-Niveau wünschenswert
- Erste Berufserfahrung im Finanzbereich, vorzugsweise im Bereich Kreditorenbuchhaltung (Accounts Payable)
- Fließende Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
- Microsoft Office und SAP ERP Anwender Kenntnisse
- Sehr gute Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
- Hohes Maß an Eigenverantwortung und Selbständigkeit
