We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team at Zattoo. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our Accounts Payable Sub-ledger, including account reconciliations, processing employee travel expenses and credit card transactions, and providing excellent customer service to our employees and creditors.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Accounts Payable Sub-ledger, including account reconciliations and ensuring accurate and timely payments
- Process and manage employee travel expenses and credit card transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding credit cards and employee expenses, providing timely and effective support
- Provide excellent customer service to creditors, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with the preparation of payment runs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date master data in accounting and expense systems
- Support the finance team with other Accounts Payable tasks, as required, including vacation coverage
- Assist with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures
- Support internal and external audit requirements, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Completed commercial apprenticeship
- Further training in accounting is an advantage
- At least 3 years of experience in Accounting
- Very good knowledge of German or Swiss VAT
- Business fluency in written and spoken English and German (minimum requirement B2)
- Experience with ERP systems (MS Dynamics 365 preferred)
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Proactive and independent working style
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team with good interpersonal skills
- Track record of delivering high-quality work
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
