Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team at Zattoo. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing our Accounts Payable Sub-ledger, processing employee expense reports and credit card transactions, and ensuring timely and accurate payments.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the Accounts Payable Sub-ledger, including account reconciliations and maintenance of accurate and up-to-date records
- Process and manage employee travel expenses and credit card transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding credit cards and employee expenses, providing timely and accurate support and guidance
- Assist with the preparation of payment runs, ensuring timely and accurate payments to vendors and suppliers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date master data in accounting and expense systems
- Assist with other Accounts Payable tasks as required, including vacation coverage and special projects
- Support the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Support internal and external audit requirements, providing timely and accurate information and support
- Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent experience
- Further training in accounting is an advantage
- At least 3 years of experience in Accounting, preferably in a similar role
- Very good knowledge of German or Swiss VAT
- Business fluency in written and spoken English and German (minimum requirement B2)
- Experience with ERP systems, preferably MS Dynamics 365
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Proactive and independent working style
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team with good interpersonal skills
- Track record of delivering high-quality work
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
