Aufgaben
  • Verantwortung für IT-Landschaft in Bereichen: Finanzen, Steuern, Controlling, Personalwesen, Gebäudemanagement, Recht, Compliance, Lernen.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklungs- und Projektteams, Fachabteilungen, internationalen Tochtergesellschaften, Partnern.
  • Strategische Weiterentwicklung der IT-Programme.
  • Hauptansprechperson und Innovationstreiber für die genannten Bereiche.
  • Bewertung und Priorisierung von strategischen Initiativen mit Fachbereichen und Auslandsgesellschaften.
  • Erstellung einer Programm-Roadmap.
  • Planung von Ressourcenbedarfen und Übernahme der Budgetverantwortung mit Product Ownern.
  • Präsentation und Kommunikation von Konzepten und Projektfortschritten an Fachbereiche, Gremien und Auslandsgesellschaften.
Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium (z.B. Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Wirtschaftsinformatik) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung.
  • Idealerweise einschlägige Erfahrung in Prozessen und Anforderungen in den Bereichen Finanzen, Personalwesen und anderen unterstützenden Unternehmensfunktionen.
  • Kenntnisse in agilen Projektmanagementmethoden (z.B. Scrum, Kanban).
  • Vertrautheit mit SAP FI und SAP CO sowie idealerweise HR-Managementsystemen wie SAP SuccessFactors.
  • Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Selbstsicheres Auftreten und agiles, strategisches Denken mit dem Antrieb, Veränderungen zu bewirken.
  • Ausgeprägte Konfliktlösungsfähigkeit zur Förderung von Veränderungen und Lösungen.
