Global Mobility Expert

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Mobility Expert to join our team at Exyte Central Europe GmbH. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful relocation of our employees to international assignments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead complex regional relocations and local setups
  • Act as the primary point of contact for HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and Project Leaders on cross-border matters, ensuring efficient management of tasks
  • Provide detailed cost forecasts for assignments
  • Maintain regional contact with our global tax provider
  • Advise Exyte on changes to tax and immigration laws
  • Manage all compliance-related procedures for business and travel trips
  • Ensure all available tax relief applications are available
  • Collaborate with the payroll team to manage and approve all shadow payroll reports
  • Support the HR department with registrations and deregistrations in the host country, including tax registrations as needed
  • Monitor and analyze data related to global mobility initiatives, including budget tracking, cost forecasting, and metrics for relocation success
Requirements
  • Several years of experience in a Global Mobility role with proven development
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong supplier management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle ambiguity
  • Excellent collaboration skills
