Aufgabengebiet

Aktive Identifikation und Ansprache potenzieller Neukunden im HR-BereichPräsentation und Demonstration unserer HR-Softwarelösungen bei InteressentenEntwicklung von Vertriebsstrategien zur Erschließung neuer MarktsegmenteBetreuung und Pflege bestehender KundenbeziehungenErstellung von Angeboten und Verhandlung von VerträgenTeilnahme an Messen und Fachveranstaltungen zur Steigerung der MarkenbekanntheitRegelmäßiges Reporting und Analyse der Vertriebsaktivitäten

AnforderungsprofilAbgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Informatik, oder vergleichbare QualifikationMehrjährige Erfahrung im Software-Vertrieb, idealerweise im HR- oder B2B-SegmentAusgeprägte Kommunikations- und VerhandlungsfähigkeitenHohe Affinität zu digitalen Produkten und TechnologienZielorientierte und selbstständige ArbeitsweiseSehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
