Über die Role:

Als Team Lead Management Support Functions & HR Controlling bist Du der erste Ansprechpartner für das Performance Controlling der RWE Offshore Wind (OFF) Management & Support Function (MSF) Abteilungen. Darüber hinaus bist Du mit Deinem Team für das HR Controlling für die globale Offshore Wind Organisation verantwortlich. In dieser Position berichtest Du an den Head of Corporate Controlling Offshore. Wir bieten Dir die Möglichkeit, das RWE Offshore Wind Geschäft auf seinem bemerkenswerten globalen Wachstumskurs gemeinsam mit Deinem Team zu unterstützen, indem Du bestehende Lösungen an aktuelle und zukünftige Herausforderungen anpassen und dabei eigene Ideen umsetzen.

Deine Verantwortlichkeiten:

  • Steuerung des Leistungscontrollings für RWE Offshore Wind MSF Abteilungen
  • Steuerung des globalen Offshore FTE-Stellenplanungsprozesses sowie der MSF-Mittelfrist-/und Langzeitplanung
  • Führung und Entwicklung eines Teams von 8 MSF und HR Controller
  • Erstellung von Kostenberichten, Managementpräsentationen und Ad-hoc-Berichten für Senior Management
  • Entwurf und Implementierung von analytischen HR-Konzepten und Berichtsstandards bei gleichzeitiger Sicherstellung angemessener Strukturen für Datenschutz und Datenqualität
  • Zentraler Ansprechpartner in Offshore Wind für interne Verrechnungen des RWE-Konzerns und der Erneuerbaren Energien, grenzüberschreitende Verrechnungsprozesse und SLAs
  • Verantwortlich für die Kostencontrolling-Governance, inkl. Kostencontrolling-Strukturen und -Grundsätze in SAP S/4 und CARS
  • Leitung von Projekten zur Verbesserung von Controllingprozessen über mehrere Teams und Länder hinweg

Deine Qualifikationen:

  • Neben einem erfolgreich abgeschlossenen Studium hast Du mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung gesammelt
  • Sehr gute analytische Fähigkeiten kombiniert mit fundierten Kenntnissen von Controllingmethoden und finanziellen Steuerungskonzepten
  • Aktives Einbringen von Eigeninitiative, pragmatische und faktenorientierte Einstellung
  • Fähigkeit, unter hohem Druck zu arbeiten und angemessene Prioritäten zu setzen, wobei Du eine hervorragende Detailgenauigkeit und Sorgfalt an den Tag legst
  • Du hast die Fähigkeit, Teams durch Veränderungsprozesse zu führen
  • Du bist Teamplayer mit einem hohen Maß an Zuverlässigkeit, Integrität und Zusammenarbeit; hohe Belastbarkeit & eine gute Portion Humor
  • Dein Fokus liegt auf der Entwicklung Deiner Mitarbeiter und Du unterstützt und motivierst Dein Team mit Blick auf Kundenorientierung, Eigeninitiative und lösungsorientierte Zusammenarbeit
  • Du bist ein klarer Kommunikator, der zuhören kann und du koordinierst mehrere Interessengruppen, sowie internationale Projekte, an denen mehrere Abteilungen beteiligt sind
  • Fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, Kenntnisse in Controllingsystemen (insbesondere SAP) sehr erwünscht
