Your Tasks

As the Team Lead for the Global Data System, your key responsibilities will include:

  • System Excellence: Bring the data system to a state-of-the-art level by implementing cutting-edge technologies and industry best practices.
  • Data Governance: Orchestrates data governance across the organization, ensuring data and process compliance, as well as high data quality.
  • Supplier Relations: Effectively manage relationships with global data suppliers, ensuring seamless integration and optimizing the value of external data sources.
  • Technology Projects: Drive technology projects related to data management, analytics, and reporting, ensuring the company is equipped with the latest and most effective data technology.
  • Team Leadership: Foster an environment of continuous learning and growth, emphasizing people development and management within the team.
  • Project Management: Utilize strong project management skills to oversee multiple initiatives concurrently, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Innovation: Infuse an entrepreneurial spirit into the team, encouraging creative solutions and driving innovation in data management and analytics.

Your Profile
  • Passion for People Development: A strong commitment to developing and nurturing talent within the team, fostering a culture of collaboration and growth.
  • Team Leadership Experience: Proven experience leading and managing teams, with a track record of success in achieving collective goals. Delegate tasks effectively to optimize team productivity.
  • Project Management Skills: Strong project management skills with the ability to plan, execute, and deliver complex projects on time and within scope.
  • Passion for Technology: A deep passion for technology, data systems, and emerging trends in the data management landscape.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit: An entrepreneurial mindset, capable of identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing innovative solutions. Problem solving mindset.
  • Global Mindset: Experience working in an international setting, with an understanding of global data trends and challenges.
