Job Description
Responsible for ensuring continued operation and, when necessary, optimization of our Accounts Receivable Processes for our German EntitiesEnsures Invoicing is performed timely and accurately, and in line with IFRS standardsResponsible for the debitor analysis process, including aging analysis and dunning processSupports General Ledger team in clarifying Accounts Receivable and Revenue related topicsResponsible for the global management of projects with regards to invoicing and the associated processesLead a team of 10+ employees The Successful Applicant Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or equivalentExtensive experience in Accounts Receivable, Invoicing, and Revenue processesPrevious experience in a leadership positionGood English and German knowledgeStrong understanding of IFRSLife sciences and/or public company experienceFinance transformation / automation experiencePublic Accounting experiencePCAOB / SOX experience What's on Offer A permanent position within a vigorous and exciting professional environment promoted by an open culture, a spirit of community and continues improvementA diverse, international workforce with a dynamic working environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and teamwork30 days of annual holiday, monthly allowance for public transportation, and in-house canteenCapital forming benefits, flexible working hours, holiday pay, and annual bonus depending on performance-
