Deine Rolle bei uns

Als Technical Support Engineer wirst du zum Dreh- und Angelpunkt für die Anliegen die technischen Ansprechpartner unserer Kunden. Dein Hauptaugenmerk liegt auf der Bearbeitung und Analyse von Incidents im Rahmen des Incident Managements. Du bist die treibende Kraft hinter tiefgehenden Fehleranalysen und der effektiven Behebung von Störungen in unseren cloud-basierten Softwarelösungen (SaaS). In enger Zusammenarbeit mit cross-funktionalen Expertenteams erarbeitest du Lösungen und Dokumentationen, die unsere Kunden begeistern. Mit deiner Eignung und Erfahrung kannst du perspektivisch die Hauptverantwortung in bestimmten Bereichen unseres Service Desks übernehmen. Deine Aufgaben umfassen dabei:

  • Priorisierung und schnelle Bearbeitung eingehender Kundenincidents.
  • Analyse und Behebung von Incidents in unseren Cloud-Systemen
  • Koordination zwischen Kundensupport und technischen Teams zur Fehlerbehebung.
  • Regelmäßige Überprüfung und Anpassung von Support-Prozessen zur Effizienzsteigerung.
  • Erstellung und Pflege einer Wissensdatenbank zur Fehlerdiagnose und -behebung.
  • Förderung eines ausgezeichneten Kundenerlebnisses durch qualitativ hochwertige Lösungen.
  • Proaktiver Austausch mit unseren Kunden, um eine tiefe Kundenbeziehung zu festigen.
  • Entwicklung von Strategien zur Kundenbindung und -zufriedenheit

Was du mitbringst

  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung als Test-Engineer, Cloud-Engineer oder Systemintegrator·
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium der Fachrichtung Anwendungsentwicklung, Systemintegration, Wirtschafts-/Dienstleistungsinformatik oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Technische Versiertheit: Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrungen im technischen Kundensupport gesammelt und bist versiert im Umgang mit Tools wie Grafana, Kubernetes (K8s), Docker, Java, REST-APIs, Proxies, Azure, GitHub und Postman.
  • Verlässlichkeit und Scharfsinn: Dein analytisches Verständnis ermöglicht es dir, komplexe Problemlandschaften schnell zu erfassen und zu navigieren.
  • Kundenfokus: Eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung ist für dich ebenso selbstverständlich wie hohe Qualitätsstandards.
  • Kommunikative Kompetenz: Du verfügst über hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch und trittst sicher auf.
  • Neugier und Lernbereitschaft: Du bist motiviert, neue Komponenten rasch zu erlernen und die Zusammenhänge zwischen ihnen zu verstehen.
