About the Role
As a Head of Marketing at Particula, you will be responsible for expanding our brand's reach, driving growth through strategic initiatives, and becoming the architect of our marketing campaigns. This position combines creative ideas with analytical skills and seeks a visionary candidate who can take the lead from the start, develop our team further, and elevate our marketing to the next level.
- Development and execution of a visionary marketing strategy that resonates with our target audience and delivers measurable growth to position Particula as a trusted and strong brand worldwide.
- Identification and utilization of growth opportunities through strategic analysis and user engagement.
- Responsibility for creating and executing compelling media and advertising campaigns across multiple channels.
- Creating high-quality, industry-specific content, including social media posts, articles, and market reports.
- Building and managing strategic partnerships to increase reach and enhance the product offering.
- Maintaining external relationships with media, press, journalists, influencers, and agencies.
- Mentoring emerging talents and coordinating cross-functional team activities.
- Responsibility for the marketing KPIs.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in marketing, as well as in the field of financial services or digital assets.
- Consistent track record of achieving and exceeding quotas and targets.
- Successful planning, project management, and execution of affiliate marketing partnerships.
- Proven success in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
- Excellent command of English with strong written and verbal communication skills. (German a big plus)
- Outstanding presentation and exceptional interpersonal skills.
- Ability to mentor teams, lead by example, and nurture talents.
- Visionary personality with an analytical mindset, familiar with analytical tools for measuring and optimizing marketing initiatives.
