Head of Marketing Strategy

To ensure our continued robust growth, we are in search of an individual who can effectively plan, execute, and manage our marketing initiatives:
- You will report directly to our CEO, Jörg.
- You will hold content leadership responsibilities, implementing measures directly, coordinating external resources, and actively shaping the direction of our marketing efforts.
- You will thrive in a highly dynamic environment and possess experience with tactile and/or complex products.
- In our hybrid work model, we operate three days a week in the office and allow for up to two days of remote work.
Lead Generation
- You will be primarily responsible for our marketing, particularly the implementation of strategies aimed at lead generation.
- You will conduct operational acquisition measures, especially for our technically complex products such as heat pumps (within our energy system in conjunction with solar panels and wall boxes).
- You will utilize common marketing and analytical tools like Google Analytics and Microsoft PowerBI for data-driven planning and analysis of our marketing activities, actively supporting the operations team in analyzing and improving conversion rates.
Performance Marketing Management
- You will manage and optimize our performance marketing activities by coordinating our external resources and occasionally working directly within the accounts.
- You will analyze and interpret performance reports to refine our marketing strategies.
Additional Marketing Activities
- You will oversee and enhance our corporate website and develop our social media channels.
- You will also implement traditional marketing measures, planning direct mail campaigns and developing promotional activities.
- You bring several years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in a leadership position with at least two years of experience on the corporate side.
- We are open to candidates without leadership experience and offer the option to start as a Senior and grow with us.
- You have solid experience in performance marketing and the use of relevant analytical tools.
- You have experience in marketing for technically complex and/or tactile products.

42watt is the go-to partner for all measures related to energy-efficient renovations. Our experienced energy consultants provide independent and manufacturer-neutral advice. We assess which renovation measures are sensible and how they can be implemented cost-effectively.
The real estate sector plays a central role in achieving climate goals. Calculations indicate a gap of 152 million tons to the climate target if the building sector is not renovated. At 42watt, we are on a mission to reduce energy consumption per square meter to below 42 kWh per year. This amount is necessary to meet the climate targets for the building sector by 2045.
