Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Digital Sales Specialist (m/w/d) in Deutschland, der unser DEXIS Diagnostics Vertriebsteam in der DACH Region ergänzt. Die Position spielt eine entscheidende Rolle bei der erfolgreichen Vermarktung der DEXIS Diagnostics Produkte und trägt direkt zu den Wachstumsambitionen in Europa bei. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit den DEXIS Diagnostics Key Account Managern (KAM), den lokalen Marketing Managern und dem Regional Leader nutzt der Digital Sales Specialist sein fundiertes Fachwissen über die digitalen Workflows der DEXIS Diagnostics Hardware- und Softwarelösungen, um den Verkauf über die DEXIS Diagnostics Distributoren voranzutreiben und zu ermöglichen.

WESENTLICHE AUFGABEN UND VERANTWORTLICHKEITEN

  • Ist verantwortlich für die Durchführung von Schulungen vor Ort und Produktpräsentationen für strategische Partner, Dentallabore, Unternehmenspartner und Zahnärzte in einer kundenorientierten Managementumgebung.
  • Schulung und gemeinsame Reisen mit den Vertriebsteams der DEXIS Diagnostics-Vertriebspartner, damit diese die Lösungen von DEXIS Diagnostics bei Zahnärzten und zahnmedizinischen Dienstleistern erfolgreich demonstrieren und deren Verkauf vorantreiben können.
  • Aufbau starker, langfristiger und vertrauensvoller Beziehungen zu den Vertriebsteams der DEXIS Diagnostics-Händler.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen Marketingmanagern und dem digitalen Marketing, um Aktivitäten zur Nachfrage- und Lead-Generierung zu identifizieren und durchzuführen.
  • Entweder im Namen von DEXIS Diagnostics direkt oder von DEXIS Diagnostics-Vertriebspartnern führen Sie Veranstaltungen für Endverbraucher durch, darunter Messen, Schulungen, Workshops und Webinare, und generieren so Vertriebskontakte und -möglichkeiten.
  • Proaktive Nachverfolgung bestehender Verkaufschancen und Unterstützung der Vertriebspartner bei der Sicherstellung von Verkaufsumsetzungen.
  • Unterstützung der DEXIS Diagnostics-Vertriebspartner bei der Schulung der Endbenutzer nach dem Verkauf.
  • Teilnahme an Geschäftsentwicklungsaktivitäten mit strategischen Kunden, sowohl Händlern als auch Endnutzern (z. B. DSOs), und Bereitstellung von anwendungsbezogenem Fachwissen
  • Protokollierung der Aktivitäten im CRM-System und Erstellung von Berichten/Prognosen nach Bedarf.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales Management und Business OPS, um die festgelegten profitablen jährlichen Verkaufsziele zu erreichen und zu übertreffen.
  • Zusammenarbeit mit den globalen Produktmanagement-Teams bei der Einholung von Kundenfeedback für bestehende Produkte oder bei der Einholung von Kundenstimmen für neue Produktentwicklungen und -einführungen.

Job Requirements:

  • Job-Anforderungen
  • Mehr als 3 Jahre Verkaufserfahrung im Bereich medizinischer Geräte, vorzugsweise in der zahnmedizinischen Diagnostik: Bildgebung, IOS.
  • Technisches Verständnis ist ein Muss.
  • Ausgeprägte verbale und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
  • Starke Verkaufs- und Verhandlungsfähigkeiten
  • Gute Kenntnisse in MS Office; MS Dynamics ist ein Vorteil.
  • Außendiensttätigkeit (bis zu 50 %)
  • Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch, andere Sprachen wie Französisch sind von Vorteil.
