The Global Business Services unit supports BASF's business units with a cross-functional network and offers modern and needs-based solutions. As a specialized service unit, we stand for a high level of customer orientation and design our services in a cooperative, efficient and forward-looking manner.
RESPONSIBILITIESIn our Global Projects team, you will support the smooth running of projects from the Berlin hub.
- You will organize and record project meetings, create and maintain project plans, monitor compliance with deadlines, and present project status.
- As part of project management, you will communicate with the stakeholders involved and ensure the flow of information to and from project stakeholders.
- You will be responsible for the organization of training and testing as well as their smooth execution.
- completed studies in the field of economics or comparable commercial training
- professional experience in finance and accounting as well as in-depth application knowledge in MS Office and SAP/R3
- very good German and English skills, another foreign language is a plus
- Flexible working hours so that you can organize your daily work and private life according to your needs.
- Location-independent working models with defined attendance days in Berlin and place of residence in Germany.
- 30 days of vacation as well as special leave and sabbatical models.
