AUFGABENIn unserem Team Global Projects unterstützen Sie den reibungslosen Ablauf der Projekte aus dem Hub Berlin.
- Sie organisieren und protokollieren Projektmeetings, erstellen sowie pflegen Projektpläne, überwachen die Einhaltung von Deadlines und präsentieren den Projektstatus.
- Als Teil des Projektmanagements kommunizieren Sie mit den beteiligten Interessengruppen und stellen den Informationsfluss von und zu den Projektbeteiligten sicher.
- Sie verantworten die Organisation von Trainings und Testings sowie deren reibungslosen Ablauf.
- abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung
- Berufserfahrung im Finanz- und Rechnungswesen sowie fundierte Anwendungskenntnisse in MS Office sowie SAP/R3
- sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse, eine weitere Fremdsprache ist ein Plus
- Selbstständigkeit, Engagement und Kommunikationssicherheit im Umgang mit verschiedenen Hierarchieebenen
