Be a thought partner You act as a solution-oriented sparring partner for Supply Chain & Finance Teams, supporting them in all people-related aspects of shaping their areas. You feel comfortable in the role of the trusted advisor who constructively challenges established ways of thinking. You develop the right set of strategic HR initiatives for your area of responsibility, e.g. fostering diversity and inclusion, or embedding new ways of working in our culture. Be a change driver You are agile in driving organizational change by growing ideas for new structures and processes into practical concepts You bring them to life, implementing all actions to ensure operational and organizational excellence. Hamburg/Germany is the primary location for this position. Therefore, we recommend residence in Hamburg.
Our company agreement allows basically up to 40% of the working time in a flexible work location in Germany. The exact arrangement of this agreement in the relevant team will be explained in a personal conversation.
