Aufgabengebiet
  • Verantwortung für die Bearbeitung von Reklamationen in den zugewiesenen europäischen Ländern
  • Funktion als zentrale Kontaktperson für die technische Begutachtung und die Logistik von Schadensfällen
  • Sicherstellung der Einhaltung des Claim-Management-Prozesses und Bereitstellung technischen Supports für interne und externe Kunden
  • Durchführung des technischen Kundenservices während der Schadensabwicklung und interne Ansprechperson für den technischen Support aller europäischen Niederlassungen
  • Bereitstellung technischer Informationen und Unterstützung des Vertriebsteams
  • Eingabe und Verwaltung von Daten im Reklamationsprozess und Ticketing sowie Analyse und Untersuchung von Trends
  • Pflege von Beziehungen zu Kunden, europäischen Händlern und Niederlassungen sowie regelmäßige Erstellung von Reportings
Anforderungsprofil
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossener Bachelor-Abschluss in Ingenieurwissenschaften
  • Langjährige Berufserfahrung im Technischen Service mit ausgeprägtem technischen Verständnis
  • Gute Kenntnisse in IT, insbesondere in MS Office Excel und Datenmanagement
  • Strukturiertes und organisiertes Arbeiten
  • Soziale und kommunikative Fähigkeiten:Sehr gute zwischenmenschliche und kommunikative Fähigkeiten
  • Regelmäßige Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Europas
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
