Deine Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt das bestehende ERP-Projektteam bei der Einführung unseres neuen ERP-Systems Microsoft Dynamics 365
  • Nach dem Go Live fungierst du als Hauptansprechpartner für unser ERP-System und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Betrieb
  • Du arbeitest eng zusammen mit dem unternehmensübergreifenden ERP-Projektteam des Schwan-STABILO Outdoor Teilkonzerns (ORTOVOX, Deuter und Maier Sports) sowie den externen ERP-Beratern
  • Du übernimmst die Verantwortung für die applikationsseitige Systembetreuung des ERP-Systems D365
  • Du identifizierst mit den Fachbereichen Optimierungspotenziale und entwickelst das ERP-System kontinuierlich weiter
  • Du berätst die ERP-Anwender aus den Fachbereichen, verantwortest die Userverwaltung und führst Schulungen durch
  • Bei Interesse übernimmst du die Betreuung weiterer IT-Applikationen und wirkst bei der Digitalisierung von ORTOVOX mit

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung als ERP-Application Manager im Mittelstand, idealerweise mit Microsoft D365; gerne auch mit vertiefenden Kenntnissen in Datenbanktechnologien
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS Office, sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Du hast ein tiefes Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse und kannst diese im ERP-Umfeld abbilden
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und lösungsorientiert verbunden mit ausgeprägten Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeiten
  • Dein Herz schlägt im besten Fall für den Outdoorsport
