Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Financial Communications Manager (f/m/d) to join our Public Relations team at the Taufkirchen site.

The Public Relations Department at HENSOLDT serves as the primary contact for all communications with external stakeholders through various media channels, including interviews, media briefings, and Q&A sessions. This team is also responsible for drafting press releases, contributing articles to magazines, and supporting various communication campaigns.
Additionally, the PR Department manages the HENSOLDT Inside employee magazine and the content for the Intranet News.

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and produce communications for quarterly and annual reporting for HENSOLDT AG, including press releases, internal communications, social media content, quote cards for the Management Board, and videos.
  • Facilitate communication (both internal and external) regarding business achievements and investments.
  • Collaborate with project teams for the Annual General Meeting and Capital Markets Day, focusing on concept development, storyline creation, and drafting content for scripts, speeches, and presentations.
  • Oversee the project management of the online annual report, coordinating text contributions from the Chairman of the Supervisory Board, CEO, and CFO, preparing the annual review, and liaising with the finance department and sustainability team, as well as external partners for website and graphic design.
  • Provide communication support for transformation initiatives within the finance sector, including ERP transformation projects.
  • Design and execute the communication strategy for the CFO, encompassing social media, event appearances, panel discussions, podcasts, and speech writing for both internal and external engagements.

Your Qualifications

  • A degree in communication, business administration, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in capital and financial market communications, ideally within a publicly listed company or in a communications consultancy serving such firms.
  • Journalistic experience in business reporting is a plus.
  • A strong affinity for digital media, including video and photography.
  • Proficient in both German and English.
