Das Helios Klinikum Rhein/Sieg ist eine leistungsfähige Klinik der Akut-, Notfall- und Spezialversorgung mit 381 Betten und 14 verschiedenen medizinischen Fachbereichen. Das Bonner Krankenhaus unter privater Trägerschaft stellt täglich nicht nur die medizinische Versorgung der Einwohner Bonns sicher, sondern auch der umliegenden Regionen von der Voreifel über den Rhein-Sieg-Kreis bis nach Rheinland-Pfalz. Als akademisches Lehrkrankenhaus der Universität Bonn steht es für moderne Medizin in einem menschlichen Umfeld.

Anspruchsvolle, komplexe Aufgaben

Rechte Hand der Geschäftsführung: Sie beraten die Geschäftsleitung in allen Maßnahmen sowohl der internen wie der externen Kommunikation
Dem Haus eine Stimme geben: Sie haben das Ohr eng an den Mitarbeitern des Klinikums, erkennen den Kommunikationsbedarf und entwickeln gemeinsam mit ihnen geeignete Inhalte
Aufbau eines Pressenetzwerks: Sie bauen vertrauensvolle Kontakte zu Vertretern der lokalen und regionalen Presse auf und pflegen diese
Nutzung aller Kommunikationskanäle: Sie verantworten die interne wie externe Kommunikation, nutzen dazu alle geeigneten Kanäle und stellen sicher, dass die Interessen des Hauses und des Trägers gewahrt bleiben
Planung & Organisation von Veranstaltungen: Sie entwickeln gemeinsam mit der Geschäftsleitung Veranstaltungsformate und begleiten diese bis zur Durchführung
Transparenz: Sie berichten intern über alle kommunikativen Maßnahmen und deren Erfolg

Ihr Profil

Sie verfügen über

hohes rhetorisches und kommunikatives Geschick in Wort und Schrift
ausgeprägtes strategisches Denken
idealerweise Erfahrung in den Bereichen Presse- und Öffentlichkeitsarbeit, PR und Marketing
hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Lösungsorientierung
organisatorisches Geschick
seriöses, sympathisches und professionelles Auftreten
hohe soziale Intelligenz
