Einleitung

Wir suchen eine/n Head of Financial Operations (Mensch), der/die die Verantwortung für unseren Finanzbereich übernimmt. Deine Expertise wird dazu beitragen, wirtschaftliche Überraschungen zu vermeiden und unser Controlling auf ein höheres Niveau zu heben.

Dein Beitrag

Du leitest unseren Finanzbereich, der die Bereiche Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung, Controlling und Rechnungsstellung umfasst.

Deine Aufgaben beinhalten in jedem dieser drei Bereiche die Führung der Mitarbeitenden (4 Personen), das Management und die Verantwortung für die Fachbereiche sowie deren kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung.

Als strategischer Partner unterstützt du unser Management mit wertvollen Informationen und Einsichten.

Zusätzliche Verantwortlichkeiten als Head of Financial Operations:

  • Planung der Liquidität
  • Finanzplanung
  • Internes Reporting an die Geschäftsführung und das Management-Team
  • Externes Reporting an die Gesellschafter
Wichtige Projekte:
  • Entwicklung eines digitalen und datengestützten Controllings, das uns als SaaS-Unternehmen entscheidende Einblicke bietet (Implementierung von Power BI).
  • Steigerung des Automatisierungsgrads in unserem Order-to-Cash-Prozess.
