Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir Sie als Field Support and Reliability Growth Engineer (w/m/d) für unseren Standort in Braunschweig. Die Besetzung dieser Stelle ist in Vollzeit.

Ihre Rolle bei Alstom - Das bewegen Sie mit uns

In Braunschweig betreibt Alstom ein Service- und Wartungszentrum. Dabei kümmern sich über 200 Kolleg:innen nicht nur um die Fahrzeuginstandhaltung, sondern auch um die grundlegende Überholung der Fahrzeuge. Die Corporate Functions tragen maßgeblich dazu bei, die Leistungsfähigkeit unserer Standorte zu unterstützen und kontinuierlich auszubauen. In dieser Rolle berichten Sie an den Director Fleet Maintenance Execution & Development und arbeiten in einem motivierten und engagierten Team.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Erkennung und Lösung systematischer Probleme beitragen, die die Zuverlässigkeit unserer Fahrzeugflotten beeinträchtigen.
  • Sie arbeiten eng mit verschiedenen Teams im Unternehmen zusammen (z.B. Wartung, Entwicklung, Qualitätssicherung), um Lösungen zu erarbeiten, die Zuverlässigkeit zu verbessern und den FRACAS-Prozess (Failure Reporting, Analysis, and Corrective Action System) zu implementieren.
  • Sie werden sich insbesondere um die Analyse von Zuverlässigkeitsdaten, die Sicherstellung der technischen und funktionalen Kompatibilität von Schnittstellen sowie die Einführung von Standard-KPIs und Tools (z.B. Excel, PowerBi) kümmern.
  • Definition der RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Contributor, Informed)- und Freigabe-Struktur (AVVA: Author, Verifier, Validator, Approver) für das MPC (Maintenance Performance Center).
  • Wir zählen auf Ihre Expertise in den Bereichen:
    • Erkennung und Analyse von Zuverlässigkeitsproblemen.
    • Implementierung und Verwaltung von Zuverlässigkeitsmanagementprozessen.
    • Definition und Überwachung von Informationsflüssen und Datenverarbeitung.
    • Technische Unterstützung und Entwicklung von Servicelösungen.

  • Abgeschlossene Regelausbildung an einer Hochschule (z.B. Bachelor, Diplom) oder eine 3-jährige fachbezogene Berufsausbildung, eine zusätzliche berufliche Weiterbildung (z.B. staatl. Geprüfte/r Techniker/in) und mehrjährige entsprechende Berufserfahrung.
  • Erfahrung oder Verständnis im Bereich Schienenfahrzeugtechnik.
  • Fundierte IT- und PC-Kenntnisse, einschließlich SAP und MS Office.
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Lösungsorientierung und Teamfähigkeit
  • Fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen (0 – 40%).
