About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Commercial Pricing Leader to join our team at TUI. As a key member of our Commercial Pricing and Renegotiation team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of commercial pricing strategies across our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Commercial Pricing and Renegotiation team, providing strategic direction and guidance to ensure the delivery of commercial pricing objectives.
  • Develop and implement commercial pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability, while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Trading, Flight Operations, and Central Product Management, to optimize commercial pricing processes and improve business outcomes.
  • Manage and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, mentoring, and performance management to ensure individual and team success.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and internal customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform commercial pricing strategies and ensure TUI remains competitive.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in commercial pricing and renegotiation, with a strong track record of delivering commercial pricing objectives.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of commercial pricing principles and practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong focus on delivering results and driving business growth.
