About the Role

Ramboll is seeking a highly skilled Safety Manager to join our team in the Transportation and Infrastructure sector. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe development of rail vehicles for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct risk assessments and safety analyses in collaboration with various stakeholders
  • Develop and implement safety plans in accordance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practices
  • Ensure the creation and maintenance of necessary documentation (safety case management)
  • Lead and manage projects, including technical and commercial aspects
  • Provide expert advice to clients and identify opportunities for follow-on projects
  • Train and mentor new team members

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong technical background, preferably in a related field such as engineering or a related discipline. You will also have a solid understanding of functional safety, technical safety, and RAMS (Reliability, Availability, Maintainability, and Safety) principles.
