Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung in sämtlichen rechtlichen Fragen in den Bereichen Vertragsrecht, Zivilrecht, IT-Recht, Wettbewerbsrecht sowie Datenschutz (DSGVO).
  • Prüfung und Verhandlung von Dienstleistungs-, Vertriebs- und Kooperationsvereinbarungen mit Auftraggebern, Partnern sowie IT- und Service-Anbietern.
  • Beratung und Begleitung der verschiedenen Fachabteilungen/Teams bei der Produktentwicklung für unsere Website und unsere App.
  • Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung der Compliance Management Struktur.
  • Unterstützung der Compliancefunktion bei der Einhaltung regulatorischer Anforderungen, mit Schwerpunkt auf ZAG/PSD2 sowie DORA, ISO 27001, ZAIT und ZAG-MaRisk.
Qualifikation

Deine Qualifikationen und Skills:

  • Volljurist/Volljuristin. Andere deutsche Qualifikationen sind je nach Fall ebenfalls denkbar.
  • Mindestens 3 Jahre einschlägige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in der Rechtsabteilung eines Startups/Scaleups oder in einer Kanzlei, die solche Unternehmen berät. Eine Senior-Position ist je nach Erfahrung auch denkbar.
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse auf muttersprachlichem Niveau und gute Englischkenntnisse.
  • Erfahrung in den Bereichen Vertragsrecht, Zivilrecht, IT-Recht und DSGVO.
  • Berufserfahrung in einem Unternehmen unter BaFin-Aufsicht ist von Vorteil.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit multidisziplinären und multikulturellen Teams.
  • Interesse an Legal Operations, Legal-Tech, Legal Design und der Gestaltung einer modernen und effizienten Rechtsabteilung.
  • Interesse an der Arbeit in einer Konzernstruktur.
  • Zielorientierte, selbstständige und proaktive Arbeitsweise.
