Legal Counsel for Delivery Operations

We are seeking a proactive Legal Counsel to become a vital part of our Legal Team, focusing on our Delivery operations. This role involves collaboration with colleagues across various regions and reporting to the lead counsel for the DACH area.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal guidance on a wide array of commercial and regulatory matters pertaining to delivery, ensuring practical and commercially viable solutions.
- Draft and negotiate essential strategic agreements with partners and vendors.
- Collaborate with external legal advisors to formulate case strategies.
- Support Marketing initiatives by advising on innovative campaigns.
- Address Consumer Law-related issues and disputes.
- Work in conjunction with teams across Employment, Policy, Tax, Communications, Privacy, Safety, Insurance, Antitrust, Corporate, and Business to facilitate regulatory compliance and strategic projects.
- Minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience in a law firm or as part of a legal department in a multinational corporation.
- Active bar membership in Germany; additional registration in Poland is advantageous.
- Native proficiency in German and fluency in English; Polish language skills are a significant advantage.
- Strong legal acumen, business judgment, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts and advising on various legal matters.
- Enthusiasm for legal aspects of technological advancements.
- Background in heavily regulated industries.
- Ability to navigate complex organizational structures with effective stakeholder management and self-motivation.
- This role is dynamic and fast-paced, requiring adaptability to manage multiple projects and quickly adjust priorities to meet evolving business needs.
