Nur hochprofessionelle Abläufe in dynamischen Teams produzieren innovative Spitzentechnologie. Aber Fahrfreude wird bei uns von der Entwicklung bis zur Fertigung vor allem auch mit Spaß an der Arbeit und Begeisterung für das gemeinsame Projekt realisiert. Wir, die BMW Group, bieten dir ein spannendes und abwechslungsreiches Praktikum im Bereich Quality Engineering. Als Fachstelle für Qualitätsplanung und Produktmethode stellen wir, während der Steuerung und Inbetriebnahme neuer Karosseriebauanlagen, die geometrische sowie funktionale Qualität der Karosserien sicher. Wir begleiten dabei zukünftige Fahrzeugprojekte von den frühen Entwicklungsphasen über die Prototypen- und Vorserienphasen bis hin zum Serienstart.

Was erwartet dich?
  • Im Rahmen deiner Tätigkeit unterstützt du unser Team und erhältst wertvolle Einblicke in den Qualitäts- und Planungsprozess, die Projektlandschaft sowie in die verwendeten IT-Systeme.
  • Dabei bist du bei der Durchführung von Analysen, Versuchsreihen sowie bei Problem-Lösungsprozessen der karosseriebaurelevanten Produkt- und Prozessthemen involviert.
  • Du hilfst Methoden, Verfahren und Systeme zur Erreichung der Qualitätsziele zu planen, zu betreiben und weiterzuentwickeln.
  • Weiterhin begleitest du die technische Problemanalyse und die Ausarbeitung von managementgerechten Vorlagen.
  • Die Mitwirkung bei der virtuellen Bewertung von CAD-Konstruktionen rundet dein spannendes Aufgabenspektrum ab.
Was bringst du mit?
  • Studium des Maschinenbaus, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesens, der Mathematik oder ein vergleichbarer Studiengang.
  • Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit CAD wünschenswert.
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS Office.
  • Führerschein Klasse B.
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse.
  • Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit.
  • Strukturierte Arbeitsweise und analytisches Denkvermögen.
