Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Work and Test Planning: Strategically plan and implement work and testing schedules.
  • Self-Inspection Leadership: Oversee the self-inspection process and uphold inspection standards.
  • Measurement Strategies: Formulate measurement and testing strategies that balance quality and economic considerations.
  • Technological Awareness: Stay informed about advancements in testing technologies to facilitate proactive investment planning focused on quality assurance.
  • Project Leadership: Spearhead initiatives for acquiring new testing equipment and planning processes.
  • Budget Management: Ensure adherence to budgetary constraints for investment projects and strategic layout planning.
  • Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with production, quality assurance, programming, design, procurement, and maintenance teams.
  • Testing Standards: Develop testing protocols and establish quality benchmarks.
  • Data Integration: Connect measuring instruments to the quality management system and maintain accurate records.
  • Innovative Solutions: Create advanced solutions for process capability assessments and approvals for small batch productions.
  • Error Management: Address systematic errors in production and contribute to the enhancement of measurement management.
  • Support for Subsidiaries: Provide guidance and assistance to subsidiary companies.
Qualifications:
  • Educational Background: Technical vocational training, such as Industrial Mechanic or Machinist, complemented by a Master's or Technician degree or a relevant Engineering qualification.
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and experience in managing investment projects.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication abilities, with a structured and solution-oriented approach to work.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with SAP and MS-Office applications.
  • Knowledge Base: Expertise in Measurement and Testing Technology, Test Planning, SPC, MFU, PFU, and Quality Control Charts.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in English is advantageous.
