Das National-Account-Management ist eine eigenständige organisatorische Einheit im Unternehmen, die eng mit dem Vertrieb, der Kundenbetreuung, dem Marketing und dem Produktmanagement zusammenarbeitet. Die National-Account-Managersind verantwortlich für die Akquise in definierten Branchen, den Aufbau der Kundenbeziehung, die Pflege des Kunden und die gemeinsame geschäftliche Entwicklung. Ziel und Zweck des National-Account-Managements ist es, die wichtigen Kunden, auch bekannt als National Accounts, langfristig an das Unternehmen zu binden. Diese Kunden tragen besonders zum Erfolg bei, sei es durch hohen Umsatz, hohe Deckungsbeiträge oder als Referenzkunden. Der National-Account-Managerstrebt eine erfolgreiche Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kunden an, erfüllt dessen Anforderungen, löst Probleme und ist Ansprechpartner für alle Fragen.


Durch diese besondere Betreuung soll die Kundenbindung gestärkt werden, was sich positiv auf den zukünftigen Umsatz und Gewinn auswirken kann.


Diese Fähigkeiten zeichnen dich aus
  • Zielorientierte Arbeitsweise und Fokussierung auf die Erreichung der Umsatzziele
  • Fähigkeit zur Analyse des Marktes
  • Sichere Nutzung von Salesforce und sämtlicher Office-Anwendungen
  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung z.B. als

    Industriekaufmann/-frau,

    Kauffrau/-mann für

    Marketingkommunikation,

    Kauffrau/-mann für Dialogmarketing (m/w/d) mit erster Berufserfahrung oder ein abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudiumz.B. in BWL mit Schwerpunkt Vertrieb und Marketing.
  • Gültige Fahrerlaubnis der Klasse B
  • Erfahrung im Vertrieb und im Einsatz von virtuellen/ digitalen/ remote Vertriebstechniken sowie mit digitalen Arbeitsmethoden
