National Key Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Prospect, create, and develop new leads through strategic outreach and relationship-building.
- Secure deals with senior external stakeholders and drive top-line growth for existing customers.
- Collaborate with the account management and carrier teams to optimize sales performance.
- Own core metrics for your pipeline and regularly report on progress.
- Lead RFP process activities, including RFI completion, documentation review, and stakeholder communication.
- Proven B2B sales experience in a high-growth organization or the logistics sector.
- A hunter mentality with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Aptitude to challenge customers' perspectives and deliver results in complex sales environments.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse internal and external partners.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent English and German language skills are essential.
