National Account Manager

CSL Seqirus is seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Manager to join our team in the North Region of Germany. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with national key accounts, occupational health customers, wholesalers, purchasing groups, and tenders.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share with national key accounts.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within assigned accounts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including market access, marketing, medical, and customer services, to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, policy changes, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points to deliver tailored solutions and value-added services.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to capture them.
- Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to management and cross-functional teams.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a scientific or business field.
- At least 5-7 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record of success in sales and business development.
- Strong knowledge of the German health market and pharmaceutical industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Fluency in German and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
