Für einen renommierten Kunden suchen wir ab sofort für den Standort München im Rahmen der direkten Personalvermittlung in Festanstellung (Gehaltsrahmen: bis Euro brutto p.a.) Sie als HR Business Partner (m/w/d).

Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Verwaltung von Einstellungsverfahren und aktive Unterstützung bei Gehaltsabrechnungen
  • Coaching und Mentoring für Führungskräfte
  • Leitung der Personalentwicklung und Schulungen
  • Generelle Schulung und Entwicklung, Führungsausbildung, proaktive Talent- und Nachfolgeplanung sowie Koordination für Neueinstellungen
  • Arbeits- und Organisationsplanung, Stellengestaltung und Talentakquisition
  • Lokales Leistungsmanagement
  • Ansprechpartner für jegliche Fragen der Mitarbeiter
  • Förderung des Engagements und der Kultur am Standort
Ihr Profil:
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes BWL-Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung, vorzugsweise mit Schwerpunkt Personalwesen oder einem zusätzlichen Masterabschluss
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
  • Führungskompetenz sowie Erfahrung in der Leitung und Verwaltung von Teams sind von Vorteil
  • Solide Kenntnisse des Arbeitsrechts und der Betriebsverfassung
  • Erfahrung im Bereich der internationalen Zusammenarbeit
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
