Aufgaben
- Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung, der IT-Abteilung, dem Gruppen CISO und anderen Interessengruppen, um sicherzustellen, dass Informationssicherheitsrisiken erkannt, kommuniziert und angegangen werden.
- Einrichtung und Aufrechterhaltung einer Governance, die eine angemessene Aufsicht, Rechenschaftspflicht und Verantwortung für die Informationssicherheit in deutschen Einrichtungen gewährleistet.
- Vertretung der Sicherheit in Projekten, einschließlich Definition von Sicherheitsanforderungen, Überprüfung der Lösungsarchitektur, Auswertung von Penetrationstestergebnissen usw.
- Sorgt für die Umsetzung des ISMS (Information Security Management System) bei Elevion Deutschland unter Berücksichtigung der Richtlinien der Elevion-Gruppe.
- Umsetzung von Mechanismen zur Sensibilisierung der Mitarbeiter der Gruppe für Cyberbedrohungen und Cybersicherheit.
- Sicherstellung, dass Risiken in Bezug auf Dritte identifiziert und gehandhabt werden.
- Verwaltung der Reaktion auf Sicherheitsvorfälle.
- Vorantreiben des Operational Resilience / Business Continuity Programms für deutsche Einrichtungen.
- Durchführung von Prozessen zur regelmäßigen Bewertung und Berichterstattung über den Stand der Cybersicherheit.
- Bilden Sie Ihr Team aus und wachsen Sie mit dem Wachstum unseres Unternehmens in Deutschland.
Profil
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder Studium im Bereich Informationssicherheit, Informatik oder einer verwandten Disziplin
- Mindestens 3 Jahre Erfahrung in einer ähnlichen Funktion mit umfassenden Kenntnissen der Informationssicherheitsstandards (ISO 27001) und -verfahren
- Erfahrung in der Durchführung von Risikoanalysen und Bewertungen der Informationssicherheit
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Konzepte einfach und verständlich zu erklären
- Verhandlungssicheres Englisch
