Deine Ausbildung
Du kannst ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich HR, Wirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation vorweisen.
Deine Erfahrung
Zudem bringst Du einschlägige Erfahrung aus dem Personalbereich, inklusive der ganzheitlichen Beratung der Fachbereiche mit. Außerdem hast Du Erfahrung in der Begleitung von OE und Change-Prozessen.
Deine Skills
Gute Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht, ein souveräner Umgang mit Microsoft Office und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse runden Dein Profil ab.
Deine Softskills
Hohe Beratungskompetenz und Serviceorientierung, sowie eine zukunfts- und lösungsorientierte Denkweise zeichnen Dich aus. Außerdem hast Du ausgeprägte organisatorische und kommunikative Fähigkeiten. Deine Freude an gemeinsamen Aufgaben und Herausforderungen und eine ordentliche Portion Energie und Motivation zeichnen Dich aus.
