We are seeking a highly skilled Senior People Business Partner to join our People & Relations team at MOIA Operations Germany GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success through strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Take ownership of core HR modules, including learning & development, career planning, leadership development, compensation & benefits, and drive business growth through expert advice and guidance.
- Develop and implement programs, initiatives, and solutions to support business needs and growth, working closely with people managers and stakeholders.
- Provide strategic HR guidance and support to business leaders, driving business outcomes through people-centric solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and capability assessment initiatives.
- Act as a change agent, communicating and driving change initiatives to secure optimal outcomes.
- HR background through apprenticeship or university degrees and relevant work experience as Business Partner or alike in HR.
- Ability to derive strategic people goals from business targets and drive business outcomes through people-centric solutions.
- Interest in providing learning opportunities to the organization and driving business growth through talent development.
- Fluent in English and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Competitive salary (including bonus) and hybrid work setup with flexible working hours and possibility of flexible work arrangements.
- Budget and monthly expense allowance for home office setup and possibility of remote work from outside of Germany for up to 4 weeks per year.
