**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior People Operations Specialist to join our team at YEPP - Your External People Partner. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing expert-level support to our clients in the areas of HR operations, process optimization, and employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR processes and procedures to ensure seamless operations
- Provide expert-level support to clients on HR-related matters, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration
- Collaborate with clients to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities for improvement
- Conduct HR-related research and analysis to inform business decisions
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure exceptional customer service
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HR operations or a related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR processes and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent German and English language skills
