Private equity funds have long been one of the most attractive investment opportunities, outperforming public market benchmarks, like the S&P 500.

But these funds have also been difficult or impossible to access, especially for individuals. Onerous paperwork, high investment minimums (~€10m) and difficulty picking a fund have all been hurdles that kept individuals out. Access has always been dominated by institutions or a select few. Enter Moonfare.


Moonfare is revolutionising access to private equity using a fully digital platform that provides qualified investors access to selectively vetted top-performing funds within 15 minutes and at minimums as low as €50,000.

Moonfare provides investors with innovative reporting and the potential to trade their stakes in funds using our Secondary Market.

We are introducing never before seen transparency and liquidity to private equity, and with our ongoing expansion across key markets in Europe and Asia, we are enabling investors around the world to reach further.


The Moonfare team brings together individuals with a wealth of different backgrounds, from leading investment and private banks and private equity fund managers to disruptive tech startups, leading newspapers and top law firms.

Customer Success Intern (M/F/d)


You will get first-hand insight into Moonfares entire sales cycle, you will understand how commercial operations work and you will own communication with investors making sure all queries are promptly addressed.

You will work with a highly experienced and dedicated team of Moonfarians and receive tailored coaching, professional growth, and a challenging environment.


You will:

  • Collaborate and support the team in responding to user inquiries/issues with urgency,
  • Coordinate and work crossfunctionally with many of our internal teams
  • Help onboard our users to the Moonfare platform, guiding them through our process and verifying their identity
  • Process, prepare and review investor subscription documents in accordance to our fund offering
  • Use your analytical skills to identify how to improve our processes and bring the best experience to our investors
  • Assist the team with projects and research

The next Moonfarian:

  • A strong work ethic, handson mentality and can do attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & German
  • Third European language is a plus
  • A keen attention to detail along with exceptional organisation & planning skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
