Do you have a strong interest in the cannabis industry and want to grow with a dynamic, customer-focused CBD start-up? Then join us as an Intern at Influencer Marketing & Customer Success France.
- You identify and select suitable influencers who fit the profiles and requirements of our customers
- You define and evaluate marketing campaigns based on KPIs and create learnings for yourself and the team
- Together with the team, you develop creative concepts for influencer marketing campaigns and support the further development of the company
- Support and advise our customers with their orders and general questions
- You are coresponsible for a smooth customer experience and continuously develop it further
- Support our Customer Success Team in daytoday business
Requirements:
- You want to get to know the area of Customer Success and Marketing to gain experience
- Practical experience in online marketing is an advantage
- You are solutionoriented, show a selfreliant way of working and are convincing in multitasking in a fastpaced environment
- The ability to listen well and understand the needs of customers
- You have very good communication skills in written and spoken French as well as in English
- Nice to have: First experience in the field of customer service
